  • Yes we offer automatic payments.

    We only offer paperless billing to help keep our cost down.

  • Credit Card, Check Card, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    • There is no surcharge fee or fee on any payment type that is passed on to our customers.

  • Although we accept a wide range of payments we do prefer our customers to use:

    Check Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

    These payment types incur no additional cost to the company and will help keep cost down over time.

    Over the last several years there has been many significant changes to the Clarksville waste service market. Which has led to many misunderstandings in the local area.

  • Yes we pay taxes. But in Tennessee there is no sales tax on waste services. Neither is there any local sales tax.

    Other than marketing purposes we don’t understand why others would claim this.

  • While we would like to say no. The truth is, it is inevitable. Cost over time go up insurance, fuel, and landfill fees. What we can say is Prices will only go up if our cost go up. We will not tack on fees to pad our profit margins.

    Our definition is personalized assistance with getting waste from residence to truck.

    All invoices are net 14 and will be posted so the due date will be first of the service month.

  • The initial invoice will include a prorated charge calculated from the cart delivery date through the remainder of the current billing cycle, relative to the first scheduled collection.
